Account Executive

We are seeking talented, results-oriented and world-class account management professionals with a passion for excellence who will be responsible for developing long lasting partnerships with our customers and promoting a seamless experience across all facets of business-brand management, marketing and promotion, enterprise content management, product fulfillment and customer service.  We seek individuals who possess high standards, a strong code of ethics and complete dedication to our clients.

You will be responsible for:

  1. Account Management
    • Manage customer relationship and influence customer requirements' specifications
    • Be the focal point of contact between NetWEB Elite, other internal business units, and customer with respect to all sales and customer service related matters; and have a clear understanding of customer’s business and solutions requirements as well as full knowledge of all NetWEB Elite products and services
    • Understand the customer's business strategy and actively work to position our elite business solutions to address our client's business challenges
    • Develop a plan to address the retention of assigned accounts and individual sales plans for each account
    • Ensure the delivery of all services in a professional and efficient manner
  2. Sourcing and Qualifying New Opportunities
    • Develop new accounts and/or expand existing accounts
    • Responsible for the sale and delivery of professional services and technology solutions to existing and new customers
    • Prepare PowerPoint proposals and demonstrations for technical and administrative solutions information
    • Refer leads and opportunities for products and solutions outside scope of responsibility to appropriate sales or consulting personnel
  3. Closing And Negotiation
    • Accountable for closing sales in order to achieve or exceed individual quotas and company business objectives
  4. Engagement Management
    • Communicate regularly with any engagement and project manager for each customer in order to clearly understand quality and scope of engagement
    • Quickly respond to quality issues or concerns by customer in order to broaden and deepen the relationship
    • Plan follow-ups engagements with client and project managers


  • Highly Disciplined and Reliable.
  • Extensive HANDS-ON web marketing and classic marketing experience.
  • Although this is an onsite position, you must have the ability to work in a highly disciplined and structured virtual environment.
  • Strong PowerPoint presentation and superior proposal writing skills are also a must.
  • Applicants with a great deal of computer, technical, and Internet experience as well as STRONG customer service skills are required in order to hit the ground running.
  • Must have Strong and Proven IT Solutions Sales experience, preferably selling Internet-related products and services.
  • Must be extremely reliable, a self-starter, focused, determined, resourceful and organized and be able to hit the ground running.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize opportunities.
  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing is required. An MBA is a big plus.
