We are looking for a Partner Sales Manager who will be responsible for the identification, acquisition and management of NetWEB Elite Solutions Partners.

Responsibilities include:

  • Development and implementation of channel programs designed to drive incremental MRR.
  • Guiding the partners through the contractual, training, and order implementation process needed to start the reseller or partner relationship.
  • Ensuring corporate initiatives are driven through partners, and communication flows between NetWEB Elite Solutions management and the partners.
  • Recruiting of solutions-oriented channel partners, including but not limited to systems integrators, application developers, web developers, and ASPs.
  • Managing a key group of Partners as specified.
  • Implement and roll out programs to the partner sales force with ongoing awareness drivers, develop proposals and account or market plans, and forecast/report sales activity.

Essential Duties:

  • Responsible for partner sales in a geographic territory which includes designated resellers, systems integrators, application developers, web developers, and IT Consultants
  • Manages sales opportunities with all designated Partners, providing accurate and updated sales funnel information
  • Meeting with Partners, participation in joint sales calls to customers and assisting the Partner and field sales in closing opportunities
  • Work to create a partner ecosystem in the territory, recruiting appropriate subcontractors to fulfill NetWEB Elite Solutions' professional services needs
  • Escalating pricing, SLAs or other issues as needed
  • Disseminating all corporate communications and announcements
  • Coordinating Partner participation in events and training
  • Assisting Partners in broadening their product expertise and sales opportunities
  • Training partners on operational processes
  • Driving product and promotions and programs
  • Manage reporting and analytical procedures to provide a comprehensive perspective on the effectiveness of partnership program and activities
  • Ensure efficient and timely communication with customers and partners relative to promotions, new products and services, and other marketing and sales activities


  • Ability To Work in a Highly Disciplined and Structured VIRTUAL Environment is a MUST.
  • Significant experience in alternate channel distribution and proven channel track record working with SI's, App Developers, Web Developers, and IT Consultants.
  • Motivated self-starter with strong teamwork skills; Knowledge of Internet, data, and dedicated hosting applications; Ability to work with executive level prospects and customers
  • Knowledge of underlying technologies and applications of the Internet; 5 + years experience in consulting, hosting, systems integration, or data networking; understanding of Fortune 500 company needs; working knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications
  • Need strong program and project management skills
  • Superior written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills; willingness to travel; problem solving ability; can do attitude; understanding of entrepreneurial organizations
  • Strong leadership abilities and conflict management skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks, set priorities, meet deadlines, and adjust quickly to changes. Detail-oriented and ability to work well under pressure.
  • Ability to develop and strengthen strategic relationships and partnerships with industry associates.
  • A Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 7-10 years channel sales experience.
  • Strong Powerpoint presentation and superior proposal writing skills are also a must.
  • A visionary and highly entrepreneurial attitude. This is NOT your typical bureaucrat desk position.
