Art & Creative Design Consultant

Duties & Responsibilities:

We are looking for truly creative talents to join, expand and energize a creative team. We are looking for a strategic thinker, strong concept creator, and manager who, ideally, has worked in several different mediums (TV, print, interactive, and especially direct marketing) and has a track record of creating exciting, effective solutions for clients. A review of your work will show that it is strategic and oftentimes stretches the envelope. Your portfolio will speak for itself!

Requirements:

• Someone with extensive design experience and a strong professional background with a minimum of seven to ten years in marketing, advertising, public relations, multimedia, media development, or equivalent experience. Must have experience with a variety of design and image software such as PhotoShop, Quark, In Design, Freehand, etc.
• Understand a client's business, brand and marketing objectives and proactively contribute to the evolution and success of the business. Develop outstanding conceptual direction in new business pitches. Work with, understand and communicate client needs to other members of the team. Be able to deliver a project within budget and on time - NO EXCUSES.
• Applicants must have a Minimum of a B.A. in Art & Design; be able to work well as part of a creative team; have good follow-through on projects; be able to make client presentations, be audience-sensitive, client-focused, and deadline-driven. Travel around the country will be required. Applicants with background in higher education, the entertainment industry, and retail will be given special consideration.
• We are an integrated marketing web design company. Our creative team will develop a range of products for e-commerce web sites, DVDs, CD-ROMs, schools, including branding, customer loyalty and rewards marketing campaigns, publications, collateral, packaging, virtual tours, and more.

Compensation:

6-figure compensation package
