Web Programmer

 

We are seeking Web Programmers nationwide who will work as part of a dynamic team to produce exceptional high-end websites for Fortune 2000 clients and other prestigious and name-brand companies.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Will perform Web development, template writing, testing, debugging, documentation, and installation tasks.
• Develop tools to Web-enable back office systems and e-commerce systems.
• Create Internet/Intranet applications that manipulate data from multiple sources, utilizing ODBC to many db sources, including MS Access and MySQL.
• Determine integration requirements and complete project risk analysis. Adhere to industry best practices and specific internal procedures and standards.

Requirements:

• 3 or more years experience developing large scale Internet/Intranet applications, utilizing PHP, HTML, Java, Javascript, SQL (MySQL and PostgreSQL) and Perl.
• Experience developing and integrating complex cross-platform systems and applications.
• Ability to deliver projects while adhering to an aggressive project schedule.
• A minimum of Two (2) years experience working with relational databases (MySQL or PostgreSQL, etc..)
• Proficiency with HTML, XML, PHP, Perl, Javascript, CSS, SQL, and Linux.
• Proficiency using Windows and MS Office products, Linux, and SQL report writers.
• Proficiency in Internet security strategies and experience with order/shipping systems and processes are a BIG PLUS.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision as an individual contributor or team player.
• Strong critical thinking and analysis skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A Bachelor's degree in a computer-related field or equivalent work experience.

6-figure compensation package
