Project Managers will work directly with NetWEB Elite Solutions'
clients to deliver elite ebusiness solutions.
You will lead and manage the development
of highly sophisticated ebusiness solutions, including a highly
sophisticated web presence, and the integration of these ebusiness
solutions with their existing IT infrastructure. You will be
involved from early on DURING THE PRE-SALES cycle (SALES PRESENTATION & PROPOSALS)
through implementation and customer sign-off. Must have a full
understanding of development methodologies, consulting best
practices, and common web and application architectures.
You will have broad responsibility that includes mentoring,
project management, and cross-department communication and will
bring extensive experience working on complex projects.
This position requires a strong technical AND sales background,
excellent client and project management skills, proven ability
to do hands-on technical work when needed, an ability to lead
technical projects and technical teams. Successful candidates
must be action-oriented, capable of independently solving complex
technical problems and able to communicate clearly and effectively
to both technical and business audiences.
Responsibilities include:
- Work closely with pre-sales teams to prepare the initial PowerPoint
Sales Presentation and obtain Client Requirements during
the pre-sales cycle.
- Create PROPOSALS, Statements of Work and detailed development
project plans including timelines and effort estimates.
- Work independently or lead small and large technical teams
with NetWEB Elite Solutions enterprise customers in order to
evaluate their ebusiness solutions needs, web architecture
and deliver the appropriate integration solution. This includes,
but is not limited to, evaluating the client's enterprise content
management system and publishing processes, web application
architecture, security requirements, DNS configurations, and
provide detailed documentation for a custom solution that satisfies
the customers' business and technical requirements.
- Work closely with customers and pre-sales teams to manage
and implement customer trials, propose technically feasible
solutions and set accurate expectations on effort and timelines
for integration. Establish success criteria and act as the
single point of contact for the customer for all technical
issues and project deliverables.
- Work closely with Account Management, Sales professionals,
engineering, product development and Customer Care to resolve
issues that arise during the project cycle.
- Identify new product features and ADDITIONAL SALES OPPORTUNITIES
during the pre-sales cycle and during trials and integrations,
and communication of the same to product development and sales
teams.
- Track and document status and time spent on web development
projects.
- Participate in internal projects that help
scale the group, implement best practices, and improve our
methodology and quality of integration.
- Review quality of customer integration.
Requirements:
- Ability To Work in a Highly Disciplined and
Structured VIRTUAL Environment is a MUST.
- Strong Powerpoint presentation and superior
proposal writing skills are also a must.
- A visionary and highly entrepreneurial attitude. This is
NOT your typical fat cat bureaucrat desk position.
- Min 5-8 years of ebusiness and IT solutions delivery experience
within a consulting organization in progressively responsible
positions, including experience as a project technical team
lead or technical project manager. Proven track record of delivering
successful projects for Fortune 2000 clients a must.
- Experience working on and managing ENTERPRISE SCALE ebusiness
solutions and development projects, with direct client exposure
and a STRONG understanding of SEO and project management concepts.
- Experience in one or more web development languages, methodologies,
and/or architectures. Candidate should be able to teach a class
or provide training and mentoring in these technologies.
- 5+ years of project management and web development experience
including an understanding of firewalls, web servers, Java
application servers, Channel Secure systems and networks.
- MUST have ability to manage multiple, concurrent projects.
- Extensive knowledge of ebusiness solutions, web technologies
and constraints, information architecture and user experience
design.
- Bachelor's degree in MIS/CS and 4+ years of relevant experience
in Internet technologies. Master of Science degree in MIS/CS
a plus.
- Must have the ability to travel 30 - 50%.
