Duties & Responsibilities:

• Establish recruitment, staffing, compensation and training strategy in order to bring NetWEB Elite Solutions to a wide national and international presence and success.
• Provide comprehensive strategic leadership of all aspects of Human Resources in support of the Company's vision and mission.
• He/she will oversee the development, implementation and linking of Virtual HR policies and procedures with corporate strategy in order to meet business objectives. Will ensure that HR best practices, policies and procedures are administered consistently throughout the corporation.
• Attend daily, weekly and monthly teleconferences and, when required, onsite meetings.

Please note this is a virtual team opportunity. You can do this from anywhere in the US, as long as you have an unlimited local and long distance phone line; fax machine; a laptop computer with Powerpoint, Publisher and etc.; and high-speed access to the Internet. An IP videophone (e.g. Motorola phone) is highly recommended, however, it is not required.

Publish and present virtual team organization research in academic conferences, and participate in program committees and related professional activities.

Requirements:
