Duties & Responsibilities:
- As President, Virtual Organization
Consulting Practice, you will be responsible, during
the initial stages of development, for recruiting,
building, training, and overseeing from the ground
floor an exclusive and "elite" team
of Virtual Organization Consultants; in charge of continually
brainstorming, designing, and refining think-out-of-the-box
and state-of-the-art best practices, policies and procedures
for building credible and highly competitive Virtual
Organizations. This elite team will eventually
expand to hundreds of members by the end of 2009.
- Provide strategic direction to our clients on how to
reduce expenses or expand using virtual organizations.
- Establish positioning strategy for selling the Virtual
Organization concept in partnership with our
key internal partners in order to bring NetWEB Elite
Solutions to a wide national and international presence
and success.
- Will be responsible for assisting our internal partners
in selling the Virtual Organization concept to our potential
clients during the pre-sales cycle.
- This elite team will function as a key nerve center
of NetWEB Elite Solutions. The prestige, exposure and
recognition you will gain from this position will be
the envy of all your peers throughout the human resources
industry. You will be assisting in charting a new course
that will become the de-facto standard for all other
companies in the world to follow. You will be
making history!
- Attend daily, weekly and monthly teleconferences and,
when required, onsite meetings.
Please note this is a full-time, virtual team opportunity.
During the first 6 months, you can do this anywhere in
the US, as long as you have: high-speed internet access;
a cell phone with unlimited mobile to mobile
capability; a laptop computer
with all the appropriate applications (i.e. PowerPoint,
Publisher, Acrobat and etc.,) and an unlimited local and
long distance phone line.

Organization Management Institute's
Board of Directors, earning
additional compensation such as equity, in the form of
stock grants and stock options, in the institute.

Requirements:
- Highly Entrepreneurial, Successful AND Financially
Secure. Please do NOT apply for this position if you
don't meet this minimum requirement and are looking for
a weekly paycheck. You should NOT be relying on a weekly
paycheck for at least the first 6 months. This is NOT
a traditional corporate position.
- STRONG business development experience.
- Ability to adapt in a highly disciplined and
structured virtual environment is a
must. We will provide the necessary training.
- STRONG leadership skills. Must be able to lead and
motivate your team, as well as enforce discipline,
in a virtual environment.
- VISION, Integrity, Discipline, Loyalty, Team Player,
Ability to Multitask.
- Extensive and Rock Solid Committee Level contacts on
a personal and/or professional basis at Fortune 2000
companies.
- A charismatic, level-headed, people person who can: sell
concepts and clearly communicate the vision
behind the Virtual Organization Model; project our
elitist corporate image in the most positive light,
turning negatives into positives; and open doors.
- Some virtual team recruitment experience, preferably
in a research and/or consulting environment.
- Strong PowerPoint presentation and superior proposal
writing skills are also a must.
- Appreciation for and anticipation of practical aspects
of Internet technology.
- Ability to achieve consensus, manage, lead through
technical collaboration in a virtual environment.
- Must have excellent WRITTEN and verbal communications
skills.
- Current Member of various corporate advisory boards,
as well as membership in a number of nationally recognized
scientific, marketing, PR, or other industry-related
organizations is a MUST.
- A Ph.D. in Human Resources or related
discipline is a BIG PLUS.
